Scott’s Story
After an argument in a pub, Scott Akester, Hull, was punched in an unprovoked attack by a friend on a night out. Falling back and hitting his head, Scott later died in hospital after suffering brain swelling and bleeding.
Tragically, fatalities are a common reality of one punch incidents.
Paul has visited Scott Akester’s parents who are keen to raise awareness of one punch incidents and prevent others from experiencing the devastation they have been through.
